Q: How long does the website design process take?

Most therapy websites take about 2–4 months from start to finish. The timeline can vary depending on a few factors, like how quickly content comes together, how many revisions we go through, and how complex the site is. Some projects move more quickly, while others take more time as ideas evolve. If you already have your content prepared and a clear sense of direction, the process is usually faster. If your content is still in progress, that’s completely okay—we can move forward step by step and develop things along the way. My goal is to create a website that feels aligned with your work, so we take the time needed to get it right without the process feeling overwhelming.

Q: What makes your approach different?

I focus specifically on the design and experience of your website—making sure it feels clear, aligned, and easy for potential clients to connect with. Rather than trying to do everything, I go deeper in this area so your website truly reflects your work and supports the people you want to reach.

Q: I'm outside the US. Can you design a website for me?

Yes, I can design a website for anyone in the world. I am based in Philadelphia, but I’m glad to work with folks across the United States and beyond.

Q: What are my ongoing expenses? Do I pay you a monthly fee?

My design services are a one-time cost, and there’s no ongoing monthly fee with me once your website is complete. There are a couple of standard expenses that come with any website, including domain registration (usually around $15/year) and hosting (typically $5–10/month), which are paid directly to third-party providers. After your site is launched, you’re free to manage it on your own. If you’d ever like help with updates, additions, or new features, I’m available on an as-needed basis.
